30 days from delivery. Send it back unused and uninstalled, as it arrived, and we refund the original payment method.
Email us before sending anything. Return postage is yours. Once a module has been wired in or a probe fitted, it is covered by the warranty below, not by returns.
12 months, replace, no questions asked. To claim, email us what it was fitted to and send it back at your cost, and a new one goes out.
The module is sealed against vibration, moisture and heat cycling. That does not protect against a grounded probe — fit an ungrounded one.
